How to Login to PayManager?
If you want to login to PayManager to manage your payroll, here are some tips that you can follow. In this article, you’ll learn how to login to PayManager, create a salary bill, download a salary slip, and check the status of your current salary bill. To access PayManager, you need to have a user name and password. You’ll also need to enter an end security key (usually in the form of a captcha). Next, select the employee or digital account, and finally, select the department, sub DDO, or HOD.
Login to PayManager
To login to PayManager, you must first register as an employee. Enter the details as per your employment records. Enter a username, password, End Security key, and captcha. Once you have registered, click on the Employees tab. After that, choose the section of your choice. This will bring you to the employee’s profile. Then, click on the “Login” button to access the portal. To get started, follow the steps below.
After choosing the desired user name, click on the “Login” button to proceed. Enter your Bank Account Number, User Name, Email Id, Office Name, and Password. You may have to verify your password. Now, you can enter your Employee ID, PayManager Name, and IFMS Email Id. Click on the “Login” button. You will be prompted to confirm your password by entering the captcha code.
Create a salary bill
You can create a salary bill with PayManager by following these simple steps. First, open Pri PayManager or the PayManager program. In the Bill Processing menu, click on Salary Preparation. Select the month and year. Next, check the box that states “process individual salary” or “process group salary.” Select the bill type for each employee by clicking on the relevant check box. Then, click on the Bill process button to process the salary bill for the employee.
In the Bill Allocation Form, enter the date you want the invoice to be created and the number. Select the bill type, which should be salary. Next, select the sub-title – regular or FVC – and click OK. Enter the bill number and the bill book. Select the date you want the bill to appear. Once you have completed the information fields, click “Create new bill”.
Download a salary slip
How can you download your salary slip? PayManager makes it easy to view and download your salary slip. There are several ways to do this. You can print it out or save it to your computer. To download your salary slip, login to PayManager and click the menu on the left. Click on the salary preparation tab. Next, choose the month, day, and year of the pay period. Double check your pay slip details and download it for future reference.
In addition to providing you with your monthly salary slips, PayManager offers several ways to generate your payslip. For example, you can use the Digital option if you work for the National Informatics Centre (NIC), where you can enter your username and password. If you’re having trouble logging in, you can contact their customer service. If you’re a government employee in the state of Rajasthan, you can download your salary slip via the PayManager website.
Check the status of a salary bill
If you want to check the status of a salary bill in Paymanager, you can login to your account and click on the Bill Modification Option. This will display the details about the bill, such as the amount, slab, and formula. You can also view the pay details of a specific employee. Afterward, you can click on the Save Changes button to apply the changes to the bill. After saving changes, click on OK to close the window.
Change a password
To change the password for your PayManager account, visit the Accounts menu in PayManager and click on the Username/Password link. You’ll be prompted to enter your username and password. The new password will be displayed in place of the old one. Similarly, if you’ve recently set up your account, the newest password will appear on the username and password fields. This process is the same for both Windows and Mac computers.
If you’re not sure what password your PayManager account has, you’ll need to log in and reset your password. To reset your password, go to the Employee Login section of PayManager and click the Forgot Password link. When the message appears, enter the employee’s original bank account number or the first four digits of their date of birth. After you have successfully reset your password, you can log in and manage your employees’ accounts.
